Can't print my collection
 

I can't print my collection, I would like to though.

When I try to print it it says that the page can not be found on the server.

What browser are you using? It appears to work for me on FirFox.

Still doesn't work....

Also, the charts on the "My Collection" page don't show my collection but someone else's

As you can see, the table on the right says I have 27 models

I can confirm what Robin says, it's the same on my collection. The left side shows "make.me.laugh's Collection - Manufacturer Chart", but the right side shows the correct numbers of my own collection. So the problem seems to be just the chart on the left, all other parts seem to be correct.

Hello i have try to print it again but with out any result it's calls the same page with the Not Found ERROR messages. :( :( :(

I bumped them again today for an update. But it doesn't look like there was a solution found.

I've bumped them once more. It looks like the database is still producing the same error even though a fix has been added.

Classic HTML print seems to work fine for me.

But, the PDF print fails similar to what others are seeing.

if you can save it in HTML, would it be possible to convert it after it's been saved?

Isn't the point for the system to make the PDF and do all the nice formatting for us? Why can't this be fixed?

It was largely broken when we came on board we are trying to fix it as best we can.

These are the two screens which appear. The problem doesn't seem to be in production of the .PDF file. Perhaps the .PDF is not being moved into the directory needed for proper downloading. If you need technical help, I am happy to assist, I am a professional web developer. Thanks!

according to our tech, he said that this is now fixed. Can you clear your browser cache and cookies?
