Yes they are all to scale, most are dragon wings warbirds 1/400. It was realitivly easy to build, some grey poster boards, model train grass, spray glue, model paint, painters tape, medicine bottle for the tower and boxes the jets came in spray painted grey.

That looks real cool. I was thinking of doing the same thing, but using a commercial airport and using a section of it for an ANG base or Coast Guard Air Station.

The Evergreen 747 is contracted out to the military to haul supplies, because in the real military even though we have military aircraft everything is done by contractors.
