Houston Spotting Thread

Hi all,
I had a 4-hour layover at Houston-George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH/KIAH) last Thursday, so I had some opportunities to take some photos of the wonderful diverse and United traffic at Houston. I took these photos from all over the airport. Sorry if some of the photos come out blurry but it's hard to reduce glare through windows and the weather was crap. I used to live here, so I would go to this airport often. Enjoy the pictures.

United's 787, N27901:

There were two 787s and one 767-300 parked next to each other!:tt!: The closest 787's registration was N27901, the one behind it was N26910, and the 767's was N673UA.

I barely caught this beauty sneaking up. Taca ERJ-190, N935TA:

N935TA at its gate:

United 767-300, N669UA:

United Express ERJ-145, N16927:

N16927 pushing back:

I was lucky to catch this beauty! KLM, reg. PH-BFI:

The tail and winglet:

She's hiding:

I was this beauty! Lufthansa A380, D-AIMF. I wish I could've gotten better photos, but I had to zoom my camera all the way, and I was hoping she would come close to me, but she didn't. I decided to include the photos anyway because she was so beautiful:

Is she? Oh, she is! Singapore Airlines' beautiful 777-300ER, 9V-SWR pulls into the gate closest to me!

I have more photos that I'll keep uploading if you want me to.

Thanks,
Tim

Re: Houston Spotting Thread

Oh. Just wondering: Is PH-BFI a Combi?

Re: Houston Spotting Thread

BFI indeed is a combi. KLM uses Combi aircraft to IAH. PH-BFA, BFB, BFG, BFH, BFL, BFN, BFY are the only full pax KLM B747's. I like the shots though, I've gotten way worse results through the glass. Especially at Alicante.. The sun is shining right in your face!
