G'day Steve, all done, keep the model photos flowing...

I've set up a cupture program that as I click on any member pic on wings, the computer instantly converts it to 640 pixels, whether it is a bigger pixel rate (skys the limit tho usually its 1200pixels) or smaller - down to 500 pixels. Any smaller then that and really a better pic needs to be sent.

So members pics can be loaded onto the database in about 3 minutes all up... should streamline things.
