Adding military models to DB

Do you think you can add some 1:72 and 1:48 military models from Armour and Matchbox if I can get you enough information on them (pictures would come later). It would be 20-30 models and I believe I can get you: item#, registration# (when available), scale, manufacturer, type of aircraft, comments, price, Country, some production numbers and some release dates.

Please let me know and I'll start working on gathering the info.

Sorry FD, I sent several new submittals with gigantic pictures (over 1Mb each), I just realized my mistake and I read your tutorial on graphics, so I will re-send the pictures once they are re-sized. It's my first time, but I'll get better.

I did send the enormous pictures with the submittals and they went through. Later (see this same thread), I sent revised re-sized pictures corresponding to those submittals. All new submittals I sent after that had the correct size pictures.

Models are added at various times usually in groups, new manufactures of models are less likely to get added immediately to the database, as it means a greater workload keeping up with the various manufactures, rest assured they are sitting there in que.

I'm not being impatient, just wondering if I should keep on submitting new models. The weekend is coming up and I'm sure I can send another 10-20 military models + I have a Dragon Royal Brunei that's not in the database and I can add it as well.

Yes you can continue to submit models, we usually modify sometimes heavily what people type in to make it conform with the other 13,000 models in the database. The Brunei is in the database but not listed under Royal Brunei since it's not apart of the airline try ID 13776

Thanks once again, the Royal Brunei has been added to my collection - 887 models and counting. I didn't find it because I searched registration VB-BKH (as depicted in the model) and the database lists it as V8-BKH. Which one is right?

You are a repository of knowledge, you never cease to amaze me. At the risk of sounding stupid (this is topic for another thread), how do they figure out the registration numbers for aircraft and who does it. With aircraft being registered worlwide, I'm sure there a system in place. Maybe you can point me to website that explains it.
