The 737 MAX is a great jet, just need to have the MCAS problem fixed.

Real enthusiasts wish to see it fixed for good and back in the skies!
I completely agree with you Leo! The MCAS Issue is a serious issue, but I hope for everyone that it can be fully resolved in good time allowing the MAX to get back in the air.

Hence, Iím only buying what I really need!

Youíre right my friend, the WestJet B737-7 is an old GJ release, I hope I can find one soon as I need an aircraft to do the Montrťal rotation when my airport finally matťrialisťs.

Regards the Alaskan, I may order it if they start Anchorage Toronto flights...until then, Iíll wait...
It's always important to have a criteria when collecting, else you can very easily end up spending way too much on far too many models. There are so many nice models out there now that it would be very easy to spend hundreds each month on pre-orders! Good luck finding the North American B737's that you require for your Toronto fleet my friend!

Thanks my friend, you’re right, there’s a temptation to spend on this hobby and sometimes, hundreds of dollars are spent while doing it. Looking forward to your next wonderful updates, Cal.

I hope so my friend, as I have a few of them in my fleet waiting to fly from my upcoming Toronto Airport...a couple of Air Canada and about 4 WestJet ones are currently grounded!

Thanks Mike!

Let's hope the B737 MAX issues are fully resolved in good time so that the grounded MAX fleets can safely return to the skies.

Re: New York Metropolitan International Airport

Cal, I was just enlisting the Delta flights to and from Toronto and came up with 4 daily flights into Pearson from JFK. Which one are you going to use as I'm looking to add Delta Airlines MD-88 and B717-200 and Delta Connection CRJ7 to my fleet very soon, so that I can have more flights to US from my airport and maybe one to your New York Airport too

These are the JFK schedules...

09:20
DL5539
New York JFK
Delta Connection
CRJ9
13:55
DL5540
New York JFK
Delta Connection
CRJ9
18:10
DL5541
New York JFK
Delta Connection
CRJ7
22:55
DL5542
New York JFK
Delta Connection
CRJ7

Re: New York Metropolitan International Airport

Ofcourse the B737Max will fly again.. I have some in my collection too and it would be a shame if they will never fly again and why would Boeing keep building them and flying them to storage..

What are the measurements of your airport.??
Mine will be 1,25m x 1,25m..

Well Homzie, it seems all of Delta's New York - Toronto flights are operated by Delta Connection with a mix of CRJ-700's and CRJ-900's. I currently have a mainline A220-100 scheduled on one daily flight, however, I'm about to review the Delta schedules so this could change... Luckily I just acquired another CRJ-700, so it could get assigned to the Toronto service! It would be good to have a flight setup between our two airports!

Indeed the MAX will fly again, the question is how long it will be until we see them flying once more... The amount of frames that have continued to be produced and put into storage is quite remarkable.

Anyway, my two main terminal boards measure 1.00M x 0.55M each, with a third board for the cargo terminal which measures 0.50M x 0.55M. In total the diorama measures 2.50M x 0.55M if displayed as a whole.

Well my friend, I've ordered the Delta Connection CRJ700 as well as Delta MD88 (which will arrive on Nov 23), so, once the airport is functional, the CRJ700 could be used for the New York flight!!!

Sounds great my friend, I'll try to get one of my CRJ-700's on to that Toronto service! Pleased to hear the MD-88 will also land in your collection - we have to make the most of the remaining Mad-Dogs while they're still in the skies! My MD-88 now runs multiple flights per day between New York and Atlanta.

I agree with you, Cal. We have to make the most of those Mad Dogs while they're in service. Mine will operate the morning service from Atlanta as DL2259 which arrives at 09:30 ET. which arrives back in Atlanta at 12:45. Such a shame that Delta doesn't use their MD-90s to Toronto as it would be nice to use MD-90 as one of the other Atlanta flights! Since I will have just one Delta MD-88, she'll operate the Atlanta flight, my friend

As far as the CRJ-700 is concerned, it will operate the early morning Detroit arrival. I could send her to New York JFK as DL5537 instead of it returning to Detroit, what say, my friend?

Sounds like a good schedule for your MD-88 Homzie! The MD-90's are actually on their way out before the MD-88's sadly... As mentioned, my MD-88 runs the NYC - ATL shuttle service, while the MD-90 runs the NYC - DTW shuttle service with a single evening rotation to BOS as well. As for your CRJ-700, how about a DTW - YYZ - NYC - YYZ - DTW routing?

Sounds good Cal...DTW-YYZ-NYC-YYZ-DTW finally returning to DTW at night after arriving into YYZ in the morning, my friend!!! So, the CRJ-700 will leave Detroit in the morning and return at night via Toronto then New York!
