Maybe becoming a member will get your emails answered or even "God Forbid" get your orders processed! I personally don`t recommend this place for the reasons above, emails gone un-answered, have placed orders to no avail - then no answers to resulting emails, when I called I was brushed off being told they were busy and to try again later - I Highly recommend Aviation Retail Direct, they have never let me down, sending out to me here in Germany has been flawless, I am a member of the ARD club, it didn`t cost £22 and I get discounts of varying amounts of everything! Give them a try, you will not regret it.
