Airliner World and Airports of the World subscription: catastrophic!

Good morning.
Herpa Wings Club could be something we pay for without receiving any exclusive right, but their products (WingWorld magazine and Club models) arrive on time and, above all, arrive!
This year i made the immense mistake to subscribe for Airports of the World and Airliner World magazines: a horror movie! yes, there has been the Covid-19; yes, i don't live in UK (but i also don't live in Germany, where Herpa is based, but i receive everything, very often later than others but i receive everything); but my experience has been catastrophic!
For two times i did not receive the package with the magazines; the delay in receiving the packages with the magazines is of several months; few days ago i received a mail from Key Aero telling me that my Free "B747 poster" was sent to another person...just a mistake!
I thought i was savng money subscribing to Key Aero, but i lost a lot of money even because, to receive the magazines, i re-started to buy them from Aviation Center Berlin (were i am client). So the result is that i paid for the subscription and i pay again 9 euro each magazine, being sure they arrive (ACB shop + DHL are an invincible team!).
Don't complaint Herpa Wings Club: if you are not living in UK or if you don't personally know someone at Key Aero, don't subscribe them because the frustration is too high!

Sorry Ale to hear you had bad experience, but can say from my experience a complete different story.

I get Airliner World since more than 20 years and it was always good and their service was helpful.
Yes, I had I think 2 magazines lost, but they were replaced without discussion.
If you buy them again from elsewhere and pay on top, sorry to say, your fault.
You should have asked for replace, which as I said, was never a problem.

Also my gifts for extension of my subscription always arrived and often I could even choose what I wanted to have (not that I needed a gift to extend).

So seems there are (as so often) 2 sides of medal.

I wrote them many times because for the first 5 months of 2020 i have received nothing, and my subscription started with Airliner World October 2019 and Airports of the World November - December 2019! For me this experience is catastrophic: better to buy the magazines at your local international newspapers kiosk or from shops like ACB.
Very often i think that the "problem" is that we are Italians...

The disaster is finished and in a even worst way: i subscribed the two magazines November 2019, i did not received the "B747 poster" (sent to the wrong person...) and i received the mail from Key Aero telling me that the subscription ended (September!!!), asking if i was happy and to renew it! November 2019 subscription, November 2020 ends: i should have received September and October 2020 Airliner World and September-October 2020 Airports of the World...so they also stolen me two issues of Airliner World and one issue of Airports of the World. WTF!
Incredible, money wasted and shameful service. Never in my life!

No they don't, Poste Italiane this time are right because i have made several complaints and reports and now they are really careful, especially with me.
The fact is that it started badly and ended worse. Shameful.

The B747 poster has arrived, not thanks to Key-Aero but thanks to ACB.
The beautiful poster is free with Airliner World September 2020 issue. The shameful thing is that Key-Aero told me the B747 poster (and Airliner World September 2020 issue) have been lost, but they never re-sent me them, despite i have paid.
