Great Sukhoi SSJ custom, you're making the best out of the possibilities with the mould Sergio (as always).

Re: Beauties from Europe 1:500 (PT-TAA)

Absolutely fantastic classics! Very exotic birds. I really like the pair of DC-8, and very interesting to see how these planes were true workhorses and flew with several airlines.
Nowadays, planes get scrapped at age 15, after serving one or two airlines!

The Air Europe 732 and 757 are also beautiful. Would be cool to see a 1980s European diorama featuring them!

The Laker Skytrain is also a beauty, and sadly missing in the 1:500 world. Nice to see you filling the gap for someone!

Thank you! Difficult to say which is my favourite. And I'll be sorry to see them depart.

Re: Beauties from Europe 1:500 (PT-TAA)

Air Europe is a huge gap in 1:500 if you are collecting british airliners. Were great times when UK was full of interesting Airlines and different planes.

Glad at least a little bit of this time is coming to my home now

Re: Beauties from Europe 1:500 (PT-TAA)

Just finished a Jet2 737-800WL, registered G-JZHX, 2004 colors, named "Jet2 Barcelona". This three years old machine was delivered new to Jet2 on March 2017. Active.
The main challenge on the Jet2 models is the color: it's one of the colors I ever seen that varies a lot with light and angle. In the pics I saw it like silver, dark silver, pearlescent medium blue grey, satin medium grey, and so on. I choose the third option mentioned as I like it most. Unfortunately pics don't help...
