Amazing! I can remember the Air UK BAe 146's, TAP B727's and Sabena B737-200's at Heathrow when I was growing up. Lovely!

Very strange I missed your last 3 customs! I have some RJ85s in the pipeline too, but still I am struggling with the decal design of the cockpit windows... :/ 1st attempt was not convincing.

Re: Beauties from Europe 1:500 (PT-TAA)

I usually don’t visit the Custom Models forum because I am in two minds about the »custom model-scene«. On the one hand I admire the artistry and the attention of detail that has been put into these models, on the other I regret that the manufacturers allow so much latitude to custom makers because of ongoing if not growing range and quality restrictions (mainly in 1:500-scale).

What I wonder for some time is how these quite sharp »model in the left hand« shots are made. Is your handy camera that good or do you have photographic assistance?

Thank you!! I'm pleased to revive good memories to fellow W900 members. Sure aviation was much more colorful and varied than today. It's always pleasant to take a look to the past - aviation.

No problem! :-) If you want I could see if I have some on my stock and eventually send to you?

Thanks for your appreciation! And I agree with you about too many gaps to be filled in 1/500, in fact I'm not only a custom maker, I'm a collector as well; The gaps are too many and custom makers can't fill them all, several simply can't be made by a custom maker, paint wise.

For the shots I simply use my cellphone camera on my right hand.

Hi folks, here's a Cimber Air ATR-42-300, registered OY-CIC, 1980s colors. This 33.2 years old airframe was delivered new to Cimber on November 1986. She was leased to Executive Air Charter on November 1989, then Executive Airlines from January 1991, operating for American Eagle, until November 1991. She was then leased to Lufthansa Cityline on March 1992, being painted in Team Lufthansa colors on April 1997. She was sold back to ATR on April 1999 and leased to Eurolot on September 1999, as SP-EEE, and left the fleet on November 2002. She went to Air Contractors, registered EI-SLE, in freight configuration, on June 2003. Since August 2007 she is part of Jetcraft Aviation, as VH-TOX and is still active.

Hello, folks! Just finished an all Airbus batch of four! The first is a Finnair A320-200, registered OH-LXA, 2010 colors. This 18.8 years old narrowbody was delivered new to Finnair on February 2001 as the first of the type and is still active.

The second is a Finnair A319-100, registered OH-LVB, 2010 colors. She was delivered new to Finnair on October 1999. Active.

The third is an Air Berlin A320-200, reg. D-ABNM, 2008 colors. The real machine was delivered new to Air Berlin on November 2015, wore "Flying home for Christmas" between November 2015 and January 2016, had "#seeaustralia" stickers since January 2016, until March/April 2017. Withdrawn from use after Air Berlin's went bankrupt, on October 2017. After a period of storage she went to easyJet Europe, registered OE-IZG, on January 2018.

The fourth and last (but not least) is an Air Berlin A319-100, reg. D-ABGS, 2011 OLT Express hybrid colors. The real machine was delivered new to Air Berlin on April 2009, was leased to OLT Express Poland for barely two months, between June and July 2012, re-registered SP-IBA. Back to Air Berlin on August 2012, again as D-ABGS. Leased to Eurowings between February and October 2017. Withdrawns from use and stored at BUD between October - December 2017. Since January 2018 she is serving Hungarian Air Force, with reg. 605.

Beautiful little Airbuses Sergio; not a huge fan of the Finnair livery but that is not to downplay your excellent work! The Airberlin hybrid is lovely too!

The hybrid Air Berlin A319 is really wonderful, and it was fantastic to see the progression of the custom work! I've seen it on your Instagram stories. Really great

Thank, Leo! I have to improve a lot making videos! But at least I gave an idea on how complex is to make such little models.
