Best way to store custom models to avoid yellowing

Iím sorry if this has been discussed before but I couldnít find anything.

I am having a large number of custom models being made over the next few years and I wanted to know the best way to store them to prevent the decals from yellowing?
As Iím having a very large number being produced, some will be 2-3 years old by the time they are all completed. I want to know the best way I can store these models please? I am not sure if I should keep them in their boxes as Iím worried that the decals will react with the plastic cradles and turn yellow or if they are left out to display they will do the same?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Best regards
