I saw these at the Ulster Aviation Society yesterday. Quite interesting

sadly there are LOADS of planes that never made it into production. I have this comet like DIECAST 1/100 BOAC VICKERS VC7 OR V1000. the actual prototype only got about 3/4 built, before being scrapped by 'politics'!! this is the only one/sample I have seen of the VC-7. it was made from a wooden casting by another collector about 15 years ago!!
