i collect 1:500 scale BUT also love the 1:1000 models. they are kind of tiny yet so accurate
i own the MEA ( A320, A330 & B747 ) Singapore ( A380, B747 & B777 ) and one Herpa B777 Christmas fantasy..
truly love them . 
My next step is to get those... PLEASE if anyone could help where to get them, i will appreciate the help
Malaysia Set ( A380, B747 Hibscus & B777 Heliconia-Freedom)
after that i might head for Eva Air Hello Kitty

There's a Malaysian online store that I know still selling the Malaysia Set (Pheonix), and it's quite cheap, about RM60.00, around US$20. But i'm not so sure whether or not the shop ship overseas, try ask them. myhobbyhouse.com. oh I really wish the Phoenix models have landing gears.
I owned several 1:1000 models, all of them by HOGAN. Air India B777-300 & B777-200LR, Eva Air Set (B744, B773, A332), Korean Air A380, Singapore Airlines set (A380 & A330), Thai A380 and one by HERPA Lufthansa A380. HOGAN models are very accurate and the detailing are so good. And they all have landing gears. HERPA 1:1000 model is hideous with big and ugly landing gears.
I really wish HOGAN would release more 1:1000 models and it would be really cool if they do a 1:1000 Malaysia Set, probably A380 (blue livery), A330 (current livery), B777-200 (old livery) as well as B737-800 (current livery)...
Anyone here knows where can i get HOGAN's ANA B787 & Emirates & Qantas A380s?

Yeah, the gear looks nice. But when a wheel falls off onto the carpet, not so good! I couldn't find it and still haven't!
