Thea are only a bit bigger, but cost twice as much.

Re: 1:500 Errors

The top of the vertical stabilizer of this 747 should be straight and not inclined...

This A321 seems to be a homage to IF500 737NG models...
Careful when doing crosswind landings at your diorama! Engine pod strikes are simply certain with this model.

Re: 1:500 Errors

The 747 tail is an utter mess. Wrong rudder, too tall and angled top. I've seen some 1:400 looking the same. Just goes to show many models are just scaled down versions of others.

I can't believe Herpa get away with selling models like this.

Re: 1:500 Errors

Is the grey Herpa use for Lufthansa models darker than it used to be/should be?

Re: 1:500 Errors

Now now, I would say that the most annoying errors are two (herpa):

777s bend forward like a330s. WRONG.
At least in my case, 747-8s and 757-300 are slightly taller in the front.

Agreed with all!
747-8 and 757-300 have too long nose gears, while the 777 have too long main gears!

Yes I can't believe they actually managed to do a better job back in the early 2000's with the early new gen.

Anyone else noticed this on the wings of 787s and 747-8s?

Re: 1:500 Errors

No, check the attachment of the wing to the fuselage, on the bottom, the bottom bits are not attached on both wings. See what I mean?

Re: 1:500 Errors

That's because the wings are attached laterally instead of vertically. I wouldn't call it an error.

The engines are seperate parts, so the seam there is unavoidable.
