I'm still seriously confused by what you mean by that claim. Herpa's model, while not 100% perfect, has a pretty good nose section considering the small size of it. Compare that picture to these:

Personally I'd say Herpa's 1:500 mould is one of the better ones.

I already made some comparisons even among 1:500 and 1:400 Tu-154 moulds and the 1:400 is the best one in my opinion.
And i am not the only one to say this: this is something wrote by other members (examples just to say there is a debate about Tu-154 nose/cockpit windows section).

"The nose of the TU-154 in 1:400 is really perfect, very close to the real one! Even with a wrong nose, I like the 1:500 mould too".
"In my opinion, Herpa's nose is indeed better, but the cockpit and upper fuselage section of the 1:400 model is much better.
Herpa needs to be much more inclined and smooth!"

But which one? There are five different moulds in 1:400, each with their own mistakes.

AeroClassics: the nose is too blunt, the roof contour looks too smooth, nose gear too long.

Gemini Jets: the nose looks a bit too blunt, and the transitions from nose to cockpit windows to cockpit roof all seem a bit too smooth.

Golden Wings: this one actually looks pretty good, can't really see any major flaws on it.

Phoenix: angle between nose and cockpit is too shallow, and the roof contour seems too smooth.

TucanoLine: again, the angle between the nose and cockpit windows is much too shallow, but they have managed to replicate the stepped roof.

Granted, my opinions of these moulds are based on pictures alone as I don't own any of them, but it's obvious most of them are flawed.

Is the Herpa mould perfect? Maybe not. But they have done a pretty good job. Better than most 1:400 manufacturers as far as I can tell. My only real complaint is that they're nowadays using the same tail fin for both early examples and the M variant.

Try to understand each other about which section could be improved:
- Herpa nose section (the radar nose section) is well done; the cockpit windows line is too vertical, in my opinion it should be more oblique and with a better continuity (in line) with the nose shape.

I see what you're saying, but the thing is that these are all connected. The nose, the cockpit windows, the cockpit roof. Try to change one and you might damage or ruin one of the others, if not both. I'd rather see Herpa develop new moulds, bring out new aircraft, than try to make this microscopic change.

It is a pity because, if the trend continues, Herpa could realize more beautiful Tu-154s.

You're welcome my friend.
I started to look at Funchal-Madeira landings and takeoffs and both Binter Canarias and Swiftair ATR-72s are top airlines/airliners.
I also started to want ATR-72's in 1:500, too beautiful!
