Re: Herpa September / October News

THanks for sharing, some nice releases in there though sad to see no North America releases this time...

For me I'll probably get:

534437 A321neo Aer Lingus
534574 Airbus A350-900 Aeroflot

and maybe:

534451 A319 Lufthansa "Lu" - (if in new livery?)
534536 Boeing 777-300ER Air New Zealand

B-HUF is flying under the radar
Some nice releases here! The Air Macau is a nice surprise, although I'd prefer a standard livery. May also get the Aeroflot A350-900, Air New Zealand B777-300ER, Qantas B747-200 and Qantaslink Fokker 100. I'm always a fan of the DC-10 series but I may skip the Pan Am one since I already have the one released by Inflight 500 and seems no point to get another almost identical one.

Re: Herpa September / October News

This batch is like a Party for me. The Beluga as Christmas model is no surprise for me. The mould is there. By Etihad i wished Herpa brings first the A380. Some say the A380 will not fly again and the both liveries are very nice.

534437 A321neo Aer Lingus Yes, it was only a question off time. Herpa please donīt stop it and bring out the A330-300
534444 A321neo Air Macao "Macao welcomes you" Yes, now please a Neo from Hongkong Express.
534451 A319 Lufthansa "Lu" Yes, a must have. I have the old one and they will fit perfect together.
534468 A350-900 Luftwaffe Flugbereitschaft Yes, german Airforce, iīm german, must have.
534475 DC-10-30 Pan Am Nope
534482 Boeing 747-200 Qantas Centenary Series Nope
534499 A350-900 Sichuan Airlines "Panda Route" Yes, a very nice livery, but the first one have more Detail because itīs a club model but have to small wheels.
534505 Airbus Beluga XL "Christmas 2020" Nope
534536 Boeing 777-300ER Air New Zealand Yes, i have waited so long for the next NZ Plane. Please donīt stop it. 777-200ER all Blacks, A321neo all Blacks, A321neo and A320neo left.
534543 Boeing 787-9 Etihad "Choose the USA" Yes, Herpa please donīt stop it and bring all liveries!!!
534550 Boeing 747-8F Cargolux "50th Anniversary" Yes
534567 Fokker 100 Qantaslink No, why not the A320?
534574 Airbus A350-900 Aeroflot Yes

Re: Herpa September / October News

534437 A321neo Aer Lingus YES
534444 A321neo Air Macao "Macao welcomes you" Maybe (low priority)
534451 A319 Lufthansa "Lu" YES (although I would have preferred a standard livery release)
534468 A350-900 Luftwaffe Flugbereitschaft NO
534475 DC-10-30 Pan Am NO
534482 Boeing 747-200 Qantas Centenary Series Maybe
534499 A350-900 Sichuan Airlines "Panda Route" NO
534505 Airbus Beluga XL "Christmas 2020" NO
534536 Boeing 777-300ER Air New Zealand Maybe
534543 Boeing 787-9 Etihad "Choose the USA" NO
534550 Boeing 747-8F Cargolux "50th Anniversary" NO
534567 Fokker 100 Qantaslink YES
534574 Airbus A350-900 Aeroflot YES

With far too many special liveries, the obligatory ĽChistmasę model and only 4 single aisle aircraft this batch is a money saver for me and in my opinion does not contain anything thrilling and suprising. Maybe the less expected release is the Fokker 100 (and maybe the one with the most hazards of becoming a slow seller). But of course the Qantas link Fokker 100 has something to do with the Iranian Air Fokker 100 and could be interpreted as an indication, that the severly delayed Iranian Air (with the Qantas link?) should be available at the turn of the year.

Re: Herpa September / October News

Herpa is really making me save my money. Which is good! My mind is now 100% focused on the beauty of classic 1:400 models and my wallet is thinking "Oh Geez..."

Re: Herpa September / October News

Finally ! Yes...do we know if the QF 747 is 70ies or 80ies livery ?

Pity for the PA DC10, something we have already in 1:500.
Have placed my wishes again with Herpa, lets see if they get realized.

Thanks as always Michael!
For me both Aer Lingus A321neo and Aeroflot A350-900 are the stars, with Aeroflot A350-900 that could be (for me WILL BE) the model of the year!
Happy for the Qantaslink Fokker 100.

Really really curious what reg, as three have already been made by Aero500 and Inflight500, between themselves.

Itís hard to ignore the legendary pan am for any historic series, but Iím quite disappointed that Herpa didnít look to Asia or South America for the next model.
