Oh yeah - it's an ANA In-Flight/buy-on-board sales exclusive to promote their Honu-Hau service to HNL
(Inaugural flight is May 24th, 2019, so later on this month). The initial test flight was supposed to have happened in mid-April. ANA is up-gauging their current service (on 787-9 Dreamliners) to serve more Japanese tourists (and considering how many of them I ran into in Waikiki, totally justified) and challenge JAL's more frequent current flights (done on 767-300ERs and 787-8s).
I wonder who did the molding for them? The engine pylon/pod shaping does not look like the recent 1:500 model from F-Toys (engine pod look a tad too big and the tail fin fairing looks a little large as well). I wonder if they had Socatec shrink their 1:250 for them for this one as it bears some resemblance there. Probably some interesting ABS 1:500s coming up from Japan soon, what with ANA's 3 flying turtles and the recent JAL A350 red-tip Tsurumaru reveals earlier this month...
