I have to thank you too for the information elite_lima. I order Lani (Blue livery) from AliExpress with a few coupons and at the end I got a really good price. Now I am (im)patiently waiting for the model to arrive .

Other thing that I find curious is that Kai (Green livery) and Ka La (Orange livery), tend to sell out faster and in Ebay they are getting to a higher price at this moment than Lani.

(Now I need to save money and find the other 6 airlines a380 missing from my collection ).

Re: 1:500 ANA A380 Flying Honu

Finally arrived the model bought through AliExpress. I must admit I was impresses with the quality of the printed details and the model in general; and so light compare to the Herpa (diecast) counterpart.

Only wish they did the hi-fly a380 also (and a few other airlines a380 that are being a pain to find ).

(Sorry for the cramp aircraft in the pictures, I play Tetris with the models each time a new ones arrives)

Re: 1:500 ANA A380 Flying Honu

After a year i reopen this thread because these three models have been announced by JC Wings 1:500 along with ANA B767-300 "Star Jets" and ANA B787-9 "R2D2".
I imagine the three A380s are metal made.

Looking at the photos it seems like they will come with antennas, which is great! Though I wonder if they're just using the photos for their 1:400 models...

Probably made of metal (at least Aviation Center mentions that...) and way cheaper than the plastic version. Sounds like a deal.

Re: 1:500 ANA A380 Flying Honu

Ok, this puts me into big doubts. As I already have the plastic version (still good quality), as JC wings has announced also the 1:400 model of the same airplanes, I think I will go for the 400 scale this time. (considering also the not so much big price difference, around 10 euros: the price has a good value for the 1:400 scale, a bit expensive for the 1:500 I think)
