Re: March Aeroclassics

Until 400SH comes back, I guess we'll have to speculate somewhere else - like here!
I'm guessing there'll be some more 767s? But how to speculate without it sounding like a wish list....

So many of the original operators of the type have been done already. So whose left before we move onto the secondary operators?

These guys also bought new from the factory:
Air New Zealand, Ansett, Qantas, TAA, Avianca, LAN Chile, Trans Brasil, Varig, China Airlines, Japan Air Lines, Government of Brunei (in Royal Brunei livery), Aeromaritime (France), Braathens, Britannia, LOT, Malev, SAS, Air Mauritius, Air Seychelles, Air Zimbabwe, Ethiopian, Egyptair, South African, Kuwait, Piedmont, US Air. Plus some corporate ones like ARAMCO, Kazakhstan Government and some military variants for Japan and Italy which we are unlikely to see.

Quite a lot still to do then. I have some priorities amongst the list but to air them would not be speculating!

Re: March Aeroclassics

Aeroclassics is something very strange. For a period they stopped to produce B737's focusing on the A320 family, then restarted with the B737 production realizing some beautiful models (the Air Italy B737 MAX8 is a masterpiece!!!).

Very often the livery is not correct and there are some flaws but the choice is really nice. I did not expect some beautiful models and some "niche" airlines even if the production seems going like waves: last batch of news was a festival of B767-200's, this time who knows? Maybe many B757's starting a real "commercial" war with NG and Panda models: the Aeroclassics Sun d'Or B757-200 is really amazing!

Re: March Aeroclassics

Here they are then:
  • Air Cote d'Ivoire A320-214WL TU-TSV
  • Lion Air B737-9MAX N739EX
  • Japan Airlines B767-246 JA8233
  • South African B767-2B1ER ZS-SRA
  • Ethiopian B767-260ER ET-AIF
  • VARIG B767-241ER PP-VNQ
  • All Nippon Airways B767-281 JA8488
  • China Airlines B 767-209 B-1836
  • Avensa DC-10-30 YV-50C
  • Avensa DC-10-30 YV-69C
  • Delta C&S DC-6B N1905M
  • Pan American DC-6B N6524C
  • Pan American DC-6B N6526C
The ANA B767 is a re-issue with a different registration of the one that was released late in 2018 so probably in limited numbers.
The PanAm Dc-6Bs have different liveries from each other, as do the two AVENSA DC-10s.
