GJ just announced their BOAC version.
Long story about updates. I have problems with Photobucket uploading the supersized reso of my pics.

Thanks my friend, the WestJet B787 is a special model since my soon to be Calgary Airport would feature WestJet models! The Emirates A380 Sustainability A6-EEW landed this evening. Iíll share pictures soon, Kev! I really enjoyed your updates too...

Like Kev I'll also be looking forward to seeing your Emirates A380 in the green Expo 2020 livery when it arrives! The green livery looks great on the A380, while I think the orange livery looks the best on the B777. Surely the blue livery will follow..!

- Cal.
Cal, my friend, you wonít have to wait any longer as sheís arrived. I must say, I was reluctant to buy it but since I have it in my hands now, Iím glad I did. I do prefer the Green one to the Orange one, I may still buy it from Dubai Airport if it is still in stock when I transit this summer. Iím still waiting for the Blue version though!

Iím really looking forward to seeing your new North American airport, i wonder which one youíve chosen and Iím sure after seeing and admiring the new upcoming biggest even of the summer, Iíd be hooked onto Delta just like youíve made be hooked on Emirates! I think I might just as Delta is scheduled to resume flights to Mumbai using B77L.

We already have Landor and BOAC, think Negus is remaining in this scale, wonder whoíll release that one first, my friend! Iíve had issues with photo bucket in the past too...hope it gets sorts out soon as Iím looking forward to new updates from your end too...

My latest Emirates superjumbo landed earlier this evening...at first, I was reluctant to buy it as it is a special and temporary livery but Iím glad I did as it looks beautiful. Iím waiting for the Blue one though, which looks the best of the three. I may still buy the orange one...at a later stage!

Here she is GJ Emirates A388 A6-EEW prioritť to her departure to Paris as EK73.

A6-EEW looks even better than I expected her to look - I hope you're pleased with this addition! It'd be great to see the Green, Orange and Blue models all together if you decide to pick-up the other two colours in the future!

With the announcement that Delta will return to Mumbai with the B777-200/LR, perhaps it's time for you to add one to your collection Homzie..!

Cal, my friend, I was reluctant at first to get the A6-EEW as it is a special and a temporary livery but, I took a risk which I'm not sure paid off or not! The Orange one will surely be purchased this summer when I transit to (or from) Canada, if it is still in stock!!! I'm still hoping for the Blue one which may be re-registered depending upon its "Aircraft ID". Upon my return, I'll surely click a family picture of the 3 Expo2020 liveried models and all my special liveried Emirates A380s!!!

Regarding the Delta B77L, I may add her to my fleet soon...

My dearest friends, another aircraft landed in my fleet yesterday...this time, a custom model - Lufthansa B748i in old colours D-ABYS. I still prefer the older livery as I think the new one is a bit dull...I respect your opinions though!!! Pictures will be uploaded very soon!!! I'm still awaiting Gulf Air B789 by JC which is stuck in customs!!!

Three models that I would kill for: Old livery standard 747-8, A346, and A380. I have a 747-8i but the Siegerflier special livery

Re: "Homzie's 1:400 and Beyond Speedbird Fleet and More..."

My friends, just a couple of models to share with you all this time. I haven't been too active in this hobby due to lack of space in my cabinet and also stringent customs rules. As soon as these two models were announced, I knew I had to have them in my fleet.

Both are Middle East airlines, one is based in Dubai and the other based in Doha. They are both special liveried models which is why I was reluctant to buy them at first but, convinced myself to buy them.

They are...Emirates A380 Blue Expo2020 "Mobility" and Qatar Airways A350-1000 'oneworld' A7-ANE. The A380 joins her sister "Sustainability" in the fleet, soon to be joined by "Opportunity" once I buy her from Dubai airport on my way to Canada in 15 days time...

I'm still awaiting Etihad A350 and Qatar A350 (both by Aviation400) alongwith British Airways A350-1000 (also by Aviation400) later in the year once they're all released...hope you like the pics!

Great additions Homzie!

The Qatar A350 is very nice - I think the A350-1000 is one of the most elegant aircraft currently in the skies! I'll look forward to seeing all three of the Expo 2020 A380's together once you get back from your trip to Canada.

Lovely new models Homzie! I agree with Cal that the A350-1000 is one of the most elegant aircraft. Nice picture of the two Emirates Expo 2020 side by side. Do you also have the orange one?

Thanks Cal, I agree with you that the A350-1000 is indeed one of the most elegant aircrafts in the skies...however, the most elegant has to be the B747, the Queen of the Skies!!! I just had to order that Qatar A350 as I wanted an A350-1000 in this scale after having the Herpa version in 1/500 scale!

You will see all 3 Expo2020 A380s once I return from Canada in October as I plan to buy the Orange one from Dubai Airport...haven't seen any update from your end regarding your summer US Airport, my friend!

Have you narrowed down on an airport yet? I'm also considering updating my fleet to suit Toronto Pearson as I already have International airlines such as LH, BA, KLM, EK, Etihad, Turkish, etc...and also WestJet and a few Air Canada Aircrafts in both scales!!! I just need a Terminal and Schedules and then I'm set! I'll need your help regarding that, Cal (if you don't mind)!!!

I am expecting BA A350-1000 G-XWBA (I think that one has the winglets painted), Etihad A350-1000 A6-XWB and Qatar Airways A350-1000 A7-ANF (all by Aviation400) in October-November!!!

Good Luck with your US project, Cal!

Kev, my friend, the A350-1000 is one of my favourite aircrafts AFTER the B747 ofcourse! Thanks Kev, regarding the two Emirates A380s! I don't have the Orange one yet because I'm leaving for Canada in exactly two weeks on Emirates so, Ill definitely get the Orange Expo2020 A380 from the Official Emirates Store at Terminal 3 at Dubai during my 3 hour transit.

I was going to order it as soon as the Blue one landed earlier this week but there was too little time for me to order it, the retailer to ship it, the customs to clear it (Indian Customs take their own time to clear parcels these days!) and for me to receive it. Hence, I'll buy it from Dubai Airport, Kev!!! After I return, I'll share a family picture of "Mobility", "Sustainability" and "Opportunity" here...

Therefore, this was my final update before my trip and my new arrivals. However, I'll be keeping a close eye on your updates too, even from Canada!!!

Well Homzie, I only have one A350-1000 in my collection at the moment [Cathay Pacific B-LXA], but it is absolutely stunning! The B747 will always be the 'Queen of the Skies', but the A350 sure is a wonderful aircraft. I'm also expecting the Etihad A350-1000 [A6-XWB], however, mine will be the Phoenix version as I pre-ordered it before Aviation 400 announced their release. Looking forward to seeing those Emirates A380's once you get back from Canada!

Well Homzie, I've just posted the photos of my new diorama in the Model Airports section! Check my new thread for all the details! I think a Toronto - Pearson diorama would be great to see! You have a good selection of models and I'm sure you could make a quick terminal section to display them - let me know what help you need my friend!

My friends, I’m in Canada now it’s my second day here but I’ve already received my first model of the trip via Michigan when my mom’s brother came to visit...as soon as I saw the new United livery, I knew I had to get a model, this time it is B737-9 MAX by AeroClassics! Coming soon from Calgary in September, GJ Delta B737 and GJ United AB737! Unfortunately, the Orange Expo was sold out at Dubai Terminal 3 so, I’m looking out for it here...
