Basically you have one already. You get them when people add reputation to your profile after you've done something good, or decrease it if they think you're not being a good contributor to the community.

To expand on what JetBlue777 said, if you mouse over "forums", a little drop down bar will appear. Click "my settings" and scroll down. The rep people have given you, good and bad, will show up here. Hope this helps!

Thanks guys, but on my account it says I have 2 greens and 2 reds, with a few blues (I presume blue is like good and bad, 50:50?). But on my posts it says I have 3 reds?!
