I just got back from five days of spotting at the Hyatt Regency atop Orlando International (MCO). Wow, what fun. From my ninth floor room (9009) I could see straight out at the landings and take-offs. But what I really found enjoyable was to watch the TV for arrivals and departures, and then walk out onto my balcony and see them coming and going. The afternoon arrivals of BA 747s and VS 747s were
remarkable for their timeliness. I would rate the Hyatt Regency second to London Heathrow's Renaissance Hotel for "spotting" fun. If you have suggestions for other spotting hotels, I'd like very much to hear them. Cheers, Gerry K
