No doubt Joe. Hibiscus and Freedom of Space are 2 of the nicest planes going around. Got up close and personal with Freedom in Melbourne last year - it looks even better in real life.

Sadly no clear shots with only my little camera and from inside the terminal. I will keep a look-out in future.

You can have your choice of 3 (DW,GJ or PHX).... IF you come over to the Dark Side.

(Actually, it's a little bit like discovering Guiness now that I think aboot it.)

You are right! But mostly because of the modern architecture in the background. Still, it is an unusual and obscure livery. Eherran will love it!

Re: What an cool livery!

I apologise up-front for the poor quality of this shot. My scanner is on the blink so I took a picture of a color print. Hopefully the vivid color will still come through.

I dedicate this one to Senior Captain Eherran, for his love of obscure liveries and Pacific Island nations.

[IMG][/IMG]

Not too many of you will have seen this airline. "Our Airline" is the official new name of what used to be Air Nauru. The airline has usually only had one aircraft at a time, most recently B737's. Their newest aircraft is a B734 and was re-painted to the new livery in Melbourne I think about October, last year. Nauru is a small island made of guano (yep, seagull pooh) which is slowly disappearing into the Pacific ocean as a result of fictitious acidity (acid rain) and rising water levels (ficititious global warming). The airstrip is small and with a fleet of just 1, their aircraft have always borne Australian (VH-) registrations.

I quite like this color scheme. I was thinking I would have to have this one custom made, but the industry seems to be embracing the eclectic, so who knows?

I hope you like it too!
