Airline models and memrobilia show, trade and meet!!!
At this stage it is proposed for 1st June 2008.
Just wanting to know if there is an interest for a show like this? To be held in Sydney - AUSTRALIA ( Parramatta area ). Sunday 1st June 2008 9am-5pm Best model airport competition Stalls to sell, buy and swap Specials from retailers Sausage sizzle Entry would be $3.00pp And stall hire would be $15.00 Airport competition entry $10.00 per entry So who would be interested to attend and will it be worth while? I will be... looks like a good thing.
Is there a URL for more info or something? Meh, it'll be worthwhile for me. If it sucks, Parra's not far from where I live, and I'll just go to Westfield or chow down on Max Brenner or something. But I think it'd be interesting, and a good opportunity to get the collectorate together for something different. I've linked to this post on DAC in the 'Sydney Collectorates Meetup' thread. I think it might be good to post it on 400SH too. Dan

Ive organised most things and its just a matter of paying deposits... I just wanted to see if there is enough of an interest. I will make a decision on if it will go ahead within the next few days, I will then post up a flyer out lining all the details! So far its looking good, I will need people to turn up! |

No worries... I'll try and send out some emails etc to some of the guys I'm in contact with and see how we go.
Could I take a guess that Rouse Hill International will be making an appearance there? I wouldn't mind bringing down some of my tradeable planes, but not sure if I'd need a 'stall' to do so hahaha. Plenty of interest on DAC, even have people willing to travel from interstate! So I think we could even make this a bigger event, over a weekend for our interstate friends... have the show as planned, and have a spotting day at the airport or something...
