Hi guys!

Another sticky thread which gives you information about how to use this section, how to sale-trade-buy here on W900.

1. The most important is: IF you want to sell or buy, please post HERE! We must move topics every day because they are opened in another section of this forum.

2. Post ALL relevant information about your search or trade. All means: AT LEAST a Wings900ID, but the best way would be a concrete information package with AIRLINE, AIRCRAFT, SCALE, MANUFACTURER, WINGS900-ID.

3. Also important is to update your "MyCollection" by adding planes for trade/sale or just for search.

4. When you post a new SALE/WANTED or Ebay related model for sale, there are the following PREFIXES to include on your threadtitle, that makes it easier to "spot" for the buyer/seller that might be interested of your thread.
The following prefixes are colored with bold RED, GREEN and with ebay logo.

And remember... Wings900 assumes absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY for transactions conducted on this forum. Buyer and seller beware and make sure to do transactions with reputable members.

Another point here I can see quite often...
Think about it: you are creating a wishlist. That means you want to buy these models somewhere in future. The seller who offers the model receives an email from the system. Then: you have DISABLED receiving emails and PMs Fantastic choice, but you'll never get your models or know at least that someone has them for sale...

So the solution: ENABLE PMs and emails.

And another thing:

NO MORE BUMP, BUMPzzz, BUMPwhatsoever please... You opened a thread, let's roll it and that's it.
You can "update" threads, but no more BUMPs please!!!

Update:

Keep this in mind, a list is preferred.
When you have a collection or batch for sale, update your MyCollection SALE list and post it in your Sale thread.

We have had a confused thread that an OP asked for members posting their wishes and OP would then check his collection if he have that or not. It was useless and confusing in the end.

I received the model sent by you today. And much more: the music DVD with one of my favourite rock bands of all times, OMEGA! I've been looking for a DVD of this great hungarian band for a long time and you helped me to find it (thanks for spending your time for that!)... It gone directly from the opened parcel to my DVD player!

Our hobby is a great way to expand our frontiers, meeting new friends from all over the world and trading much more than diecast models!

This should be standard.
How many times do I read ads that only contains info like:

*1/500 Lufthansa B747
and often even less info. How many LH B747 do we have in the forum? 70?

Was wondering why "Wings900 Team Members" don't delete all the threads in this section that date back to 2010 and 2009... They take lot of space and pages.

71 pages...WOW.... don't think personally sellers on those last pages still use their threads. What was sold, was sold...

If each period, we delete all the old threads, we can end up in few ones: easier for searching, and for future posting

Hope my idea is kind of logical
