GSe with 3d replicator 2

Hello,

I my city i find one store for make printing in 3d with 3d replicator 2. This print more populaire now he can make any thing with many colour. But can 3d replicator 2 make some GSE where so small part and dificulte for make more detail.

we look now.

I want to make model ATS 1 x 680 and 1360.

Fist i make 2D for scaling and some markings

next i made model in 3D with autocad and i save in format .stl. I not make very detail becuse its in scale 1/400.

I go to the store and i give file in format .stl and print it

and this its result

I have some note problem with this result :
1. At the wheel its too detail or small and 3d replicator 2 his can not make this part.
2. At the bottom of the wheel there is a distance so 3d replicator 2 make base for hold upper side this problem.
3. result with 3d replicator 2 not very smooth in 1/400 especially in the upper.

this if i put in the model

that all, any one have some experience make GSE in 1/400 or 1/500 with 3D printing

Yes, I am not satisfied with the resulta.

Before i make with 3D printing, i make some FSE with wood like this :

and i use this for molding with silicon :

and I want to make with acrylic, i this same way can make more smooth ...
