Alex, please remind me if that "more" you said includes a Dragon Wings 747-400 Lufthansa?

It is funny I have read the model was not welcomed when released, nobody wanted it but nevertheless I do not see this model circulating anywhere on the net/ebay.

some collectors don't like the Dragon 747 landing gears, but I think this one makes up for it with the little truck! I love GSE's. I'll buy any model that has GSE's with it.

A big bird Lufthansa Cargo B742 is heading out to Poland with registration D-ABZI named "Shang Hai". Did a lot of closeups on this one juts for an alternative perspective. Whatcha guys think?

I like the closeups! Only the point of focus should be on the nearer subject so it doesn't look so much like a macro shot. i.e. the word 'WOW' is out of focus, but it is closer to the camera. If you play around a bit with the perspective and the focus, you can get a very life-size looking illusion with that macro lens.

Good point but I do need to get me some proper camera for the shots
I realize at today's shots I have surpassed the capabilities of my camera. Mots of the shots are 80% with noise.
On the other hand I like the very blurry surrounding as I am focusing on just tiny spots on purpose.

Yes the wheels on Dragons are irritating-looking indeed
But some models are very nice, have sharm to them, and some are not done by other manufacturers:
American Airlines A300 & DC-10.
DC-10 United Friendship, it is an awesome model.
767-400 and a classic 767-200 in United tricolor livery, etc.

Btw the 747 Lufthansa freighter is very pretty, very nice pics despite the low focus )

I agree! Some Dragons are so great looking in detail that you really miss out the poor wheel detail. Do not forget that back then all model aircaft had the same poor wheel detail. Gemini started up with better looking wheels on the A310 releases then Phoenix followed and aeroclassics
