Wings900 Fantasy - Tuguegarao TUG Airport Terminal Pier A

Here's my previous work link back in 2008. That's a about so far I got to work on that.
http://www.wings900.com/vb/model-air...port-asia.html

I have restored my work on the Tuguegarao Airport located in the Philippines.
I finally have more time to work on this TUG airport.

There will be a small spotting terrace on this side, and will probably extend up to the other end.
Details will appear on that big portion building. Still in the plan.

The service roads are marked with a pencil, need to work on it to make it up to scale width, and some of the jetways will be long and white and will look similar to LHR T5's long jetways.

Widebodies on the outsides and narrowbodies on the inside due to the minimum space.

Great job! I love your custom jetway (extended) and your roadways. My only suggestion is to maybe replace the terminals with some balsa wood of some sort so that there are less gaps and seems on your current layout. Other than that, good work!

Nothing will be replaced, The U shape Piers is all metal. I don't quite get what you mean by "so that there are less gaps" ? If you meant the gaps between the horizontal gap on the pier building, the entire thing will be covered with styrene products from Evergreen.

Yeah, that will come on next updates, in the meantime my full focus is on this Pier A.

Yea, I meant that the gaps between the circular part of the building and pier building, sorry about the misunderstanding.

Re: Tuguegarao TUG Airport Terminal Pier A (Restoring undone work))

Does anyone know a good online site that carries Evergreen Styrene Products ?
I want to buy in bulk, but my local model shop is way too expensive.
I can admit that buying accessories in our hobby can be an expensive thing, so I want to save the most I can. Does that make me a cheapskate? If you buy a thing in bulk, don't you at least expect a little discount?

I pay about 5-6 dollars for 1 Evgrn Plastic Sheet Stock.

Rex, you could try Evergreen Scale Models (Plastic Stock). Although there prices are cheap, I'm not really sure how much it will cost to ship overseas.

Loving you work! Seems quite impressive, and you seem to have it all planned out, not just diving in headfirst. In the second/third pictures, what is the airline of the A340? (not the Kingfisher A340) Because it looks almost like the Air Canada A340. Also like you idea of an inclusion of a spotting terrace. Keep up the good work, it seems to have much potential.

The A340 you're asking about, is a Cathay Pacific A346.

There will be a surprise for all the visitors on that spotting terrace.
That's about as much as I can tell. Subscribe to this thread. You don't want to miss out.
