Maybe you are correct. I may be a little negative about the US, but it may have something to do with the "we think we rule the world" mentality. When you forget about your roots, you take the first step towards loosing it all.

And I was a little mad about the anniversary model being another american airline. But I can honestly say that if the anniversary model had been an United B747-400 in the gray Battleship livery. I would have jumped up and down in joy...
