ACB and english...
Every time I order from ACB I put a not in the order. I can be simple thing like send all items when order is complete, remember the I order 2 of item x or send the models in stock right away...
But EVERY time they manage to mess it up. What do you do? Do you translate to german or do you give them a call on the phone?
