I'm seeking everyones advise on how to display my collection - the do's and don't.

Any suggestions and photos would be appreciated - my collection is mainly 1/400 but I also have 1/200,1/500 and 3 1/1000's

Re: Displaying your Collection

I display my collection on a shelf it's all 1/400 apart from a few snap fit 1/200's. I keep them clean from dust and wipe them down.

Re: Displaying your Collection

The best thing is to keep them out of direct sunlight,as with Herpa 1:500 all 1:400 tails are plastic so they will fade/turn yellow(mainly the white)...I've had a couple of Hogans 1:200 turn yellow and they were in the shade!..Be carefull and keep an eye on them, that's all i can say.....

hi Thrifty,

for pics look here : http://www.wings900.com/vb/general-s...our-fleet.html
and here :

I have mine in cabinets with glass doors and use extra sealing strips to keep dust out.
