Re: Air Hostesses
I understood, but yesterday only up to Day 10 of Medal days... (she won on Day 11)
Day 11 Beijing 2008 In a blow to Captain Wahoo's wish for a Lithuanian gold medal, Estonia's Gerd Kanter denied Lithuania's 2-time Olympic champion, Virgilijus Alekna, from a 3rd crown in the Men's Discus final. In recognition of his feat, today's airline is Estonian Air.

Re: Air Hostesses
Did you know I am half Lithuanian? In fact there is quite a large population of Lugans in Chicago. Marquette Park was where they all lived once upon a time.

Day 15 Beijing 2008
Today represents the last day of medals in the Games of the 29th Olympiad. There have been scores of memorable moments and outstanding performances. Today we remember the effort of Italy's Roberto Cammarelle who took gold in the Men's Super Heavyweight Boxing on the last day of competition. Italy's national carrier - Alitalia ![]() I have enjoyed the format and plan to catch up with those other nations that took gold during the Games over the nest week or so... Federal Republic of Germany 6. Australia 7. Korea 8. Japan 9. Italy 10. France Final Rankings per capita population 1. Bahamas 2. Jamaica 3. Slovenia 4. Australia 5. Cuba 6. New Zealand 7. Norway 8. Armenia 9. Belarus 10. Mongolia Final Rankings per GDP 1. Zimbabwe 2. Mongolia 3. Jamaica 4. Armenia 5. Georgia 6. Kyrgyzstan 7. Tajikistan 8. Kenya 9. Cuba 10. Belarus
