I have a whole folder of United pics - too many to count (including many of the old pics recently posted by Bankkabestia) but I really wanted to do them in sequence - I am way overdue to do the next installment of Airline Hostess History; it just takes a little while to compose and I've been spending a little time researching the "Today's Birthday" thread.

I agree - those older uniforms look classic! The girls wearing them do too. Impeccable style!!!

PS - I am prepared to offer a prize to the first member to correctly identify, from left to right, all 19 airline uniforms represented. Just PM me your answers - only one per person. And that does NOT mean Furry that I know all of them myself yet, but I will be doing my research!!

PPS - double point for the hostie wearing the black leather boots.

Firstly-the older MAlev hosties are damn hot!

I can only recognize Air New Zealand, Asiana, Singapore Airlines and ANA right off the bat. I'd guess the one with orange scarf is from one of the Dutch airlines. I am too lazy to browse that page with FA's uniforms collection.

Today is the traditional St Patrick's Day hangover - some more Aer Lingus but a little more up-to-date...

(not sure that all these girls are doing the modern era justice)

That's right! The picture was taken by a crew member aboard the first A330 ETOPS flight operated over the Atlantic by Aer Lingus in May, 1994.
