You got that right. What a shame one has to use a US carrier to get across the USA - they are light years behind the rest of the world in their standard of passenger care and comfort. Some of that may attributable to high passenger volume but most of it comes down to attitude and an acceptance of a sassy and brassy pop-culture. Will provide detail in the Latest Trip thread later.
