Aha! So that's where it comes from!!!!
Ashamed to admit I'v never seen DWL in it's entirety.... going to remedy that one soon! Also really trying to find a copy of the original 'Boeing Boeing' on dvd... according to JB it's not available retail in Oz. Jaguar Video it is then, they're quite good at tracking down rare stuff!  If you guys are really really nice one day I *might* be brave enough to post some of my own photos (or at least send them via email) |

Hosties of the Screen
Over the years there have been scores of movies and television shows featuring actresses playing air hostesses. A number have already been featured in this thread, but I thought I would put the spotlight on a few under this heading. In 1968, Barbara Eden appeared in an episode of I dream of Jeannie disguised as a TWA stewardess aboard a B707. Needless to say, Major Nelson (Larry Hagman) had a memorable flight!

Cute! I love Barbara Eden, I want to go as Jeannie for Halloween party this year
 If I can find them, in college I did a bunch of 'stewardess' drawings for my art assignment. Most of them were modern but a few were 60's style... |

That's right - TWINS!!!!  5 sets of them. This publicity photo from 1956 features Jean & June Manby, Marilyn & Marlene Nagel, Phyllis & Mary Lou Jibbes in front and Ruth & Pat Zimmerman with Rose & Victoria Lewis at the back.

Those Germanwings FAs can't be real F/As, are they? I have never seen that beautiful of an FA, I would likely fake a heart attack, just to be saved by these hotties doing CPR. Oh yeah !! Naughty Me ..
