Yes - Southwest Airlines (not to be excused with Pacific Southwest PSA). This was the uniform selected when Herb Kelleher launched the world's first successful low-fare carrier. Apparently, the selection panel for the first intakes of stewardesses included the same man who selected the Air Bunnies for Hugh Heffner's Hare Force One DC-9! They were decked out in hot pants and go-go boots much like the PSA hosties if the time, but with a more Texan feel to it.
