Re: Air Hostesses
And today's pic is another retro gem...
This TWA stewardess is photographed at Frontierland (I believe) at Disneyland, probably in the '50s.

Re: Air Hostesses
Well well well, a nice little suprise before heading into work. Many thanks Doc for the fun of having a go. I am totally suprised that I even got 1 correct, let alone 3. I guess the old shotgun theroy of fire off as many rounds as possible and you may hit something paid off. Well done to Hikouki and RP-C7777 as well...

Re: Air Hostesses
From old to new again, today's offering is a relatively new airline - Volaris of Mexico.

Re: Air Hostesses
Mihin Lanka
In 2007 the Sri Lankan government established a new government-owned low cost airline to partner its (now partially privatised) international carrier, Sri Lankan Airlines. It is named after the then-president! The cabin crew uniforms are based on the traditional redda and hatte like those of Sri Lankan, but in deep blue colors.

Highly individualistic, the old uniforms of Cubana are a classic!

Re: Air Hostesses
Glad you liked it Brian - it really is a classic! Almost a caricature...
I'm glad it turned out because it came from my iPhone. Today a little something from Turkey. Sun Express.
