As a frequent ELAL flyer, I dont think their Air Hostesses look like this right now..
They dont have this tie and neither nor the vest, they've got a "kerchief" if you understand waht I mean...and BTW, their skirts are a little shorter..

You are right. This is an old photo. I do have a pic from my hotel foyer in Bangkok with the current uniform. I will see if I can find it...
