I believe that is very discriminating. I don't even think Singapore uses "Abeya" on their female staff when flying to JED or RUH or Lufthansa /Swiss flying to JED. I believe BMI did discriminate the females here and has nothing to do with the different culture BS.

Does AF or BA has even Abeya's on their female F/As ?
