Thanks for the info!
I thought it was the first international passenger service.
I'll be on a business trip to Tokyo, and I'll be arriving on July 25. I was hoping that international carriers can use NAIA 3 at that time, but as usual, it will still be delayed.

looks nice, until you realize it has NO airconditioning, yet. dunno how they made the carousels spin - IIRC, they also reported the baggage claim motors weren't working, too.
