The whole situation is a little bit curious.
The plane flew from Crete (Greece) to Hannover (Germany). The pilots said that the fuel gauges showed enough fuel to reach Munich airport without any problem. A few minutes before reaching Austria the engines gone off and the gauges suddenly reached Zero in a few seconds. They sailed with the plane to VIE and had much luck because they nearly hit the fuel tanks of the Airport (they flew only 3 meters over the fuel tanks!!) During the crash emergency landing one gear and one wing totally broke off. There were 29 passengers slightly injured. As details of this curious crash landing are still unknown, we will know more after having the results of the Black box and the Voice recorder.
