Hello Speedbird !

I don't know the background of your question, but I guess Expo 2000 means the Herpa Wings LH 747 model in special Expo-Livery available from the LH sky-Shop.
ILA 2000 means the Deutsche Luftwaffe B 707 model. This was available at the Herpa shop at the ILA 2000 in Berlin. Out of 3000 pieces 1000 pieces have been reserved for Herpa Wings club members (500 for German members and 500 for members in other countries). Hope this helps a little.
