Smile Blimps 1/500

There is a new manufacturer for blimps in 1/500: ZZ-Modelle from Germany! Until now four different models are released, a fifth model "Stuttgarter Hofbräu" will follow soon.
The plastic models are very good detailed. The printing is good. They were presented in a plastic box.

Blimps????WOW???Accually that would be a nice attachment to someone's airport. It's not like blimps aren't located at airports.

I am amazed. I never looked on JPF under blimps. very awsome. I may consider getting one for 20.95 at JPF. fair price. what is the size of this model?

Thumbs up

I saw a couple of these on auction at Ebay about 2 or 3 weeks ago as well!!!! One of these would definitely spice up any display!

Well, at around $20.00, the price doesn't seem too "inflated"!
However, it would be interesting to see some 1/500 scale Zepplins being produced. At over 700ft. long, a Zepplin would even dwarf a 1/200 scale premium model B747!!!

I am not interested either.
I would much rather seeing some 1:500 ships, trains or even skycrapers or other buildings

Thanks sooo much 500! I may very well add this beautiful piece of work to my airport! Does the company that makes the blimp have a webpage?

Hi AirTran!

The website is http://www.zeppelin-modelle.de/

BTW, the company is located near to Herpa/Dietenhofen, but as far as I know there is no business connection;-)
