emailling herpa

Hi all,

has anyone had any trouble emailling herpa today? I tried to send an email to them but the email bounced back both times...

I just want to warn you, they'll take a while replying back. I sent them a email concerning my damaged model and it took them 2, 3 weeks to reply back. I'm assuming they got bogged down with pointless inquiries and Herpa, having a modest and supportive Wings team, they'd answered them all or something.

Imagine getting emails like:

"can you make a XYZ Airline B7#7?"
"when are you guys coming out with Russian jets?"
"are the GSE's going to be improved?"
"when are you fixing the A319/320/321 mold?"
"when are you introducing the A340-600 model?"
"did you release a A380 model? Because I saw one."

you get the point. And believe me, if you open your "business" email and get ****loads of inquiries like this, you'll get some serious psychological frustration, which btw can't be returned back towards the customers.

I wonder if Herpa has a psychologist in their team. They could use one with everyone working for tedious, annoying collectors like us.

Cheers.

I asked them a few questions and they didnt answer back yet and its been 4 days. last time I e-mailed them I got an answer the next day. Maybe they have a handful of collectors asking questions.
