Retracting landing gear?

Hi everyone,
Not to long ago I recieved my 4th and 5th Star Jet, one of them being a 747-400(Dragon Boat). It is my first 747-400 by Star Jets. As soon as I opened the box and took the model out, one strange thing came into my eyes. The rear, last quadrouple gears move to about a half, half circle angle. Up and down twards the front of the model. Is my plane broken?Or is it like this?it is my1st 747 from SJ which is why I am asking you all for help. it looks as if nothing is damaged. But I am still not sure.

Thank You
sincierly, Magic

All the 747 models are like that. Not really retracting gear but kinda like different positioned gear like how Dragon does with their models for like gear postion in landings. Btw what is the exact reason for the poll...it seems kinda pointless to me??

Sorry about the poll, it does seem kinda pointless as I look at it now.

Let's use the polls wisely. If nothing looks damaged, then it simply isn't.

I think the moving gears on SJ's 747s are not supposed to represent the tilting bogies but are there to keep the model balanced, at least that's what I remember reading...
