I picked the logo of the airline on which I took my first flight so many years ago.

Yaga, well, I'm not sure where I'll find one, but eventually I hope to switch it just to be different. I may have to forward it to the W900 crew to get it added (Pan Am had several different logos, why not?) I certainly don't mind more than one person with the same logo, it's just the new colors don't mean anything to me really like the old ones do - they just didn't have them as an option yet.

My father was stationed there in the early-mid 80's... we flew into the old Riyadh airport on an 747SP from NYC (and walked down into the summer night heat on stairs) and flew out of the new airport to Bahrain (on a long air-conditioned jetway) on the way back to the States. I'm a big 80's livery nut, but collecting Delta, Pan Am, and Eastern just didn't seem all that exciting as Saudia did.

I picked my avator because PSA was a San Diego based airline (until the evil US Airways empire bought it out!). I sure wish they had picked other colors for their airline instead of Pink and Orange though!!! I do like the smile on the front of their planes

i wanted the old old old BA colours but someone got them before me.chose the Bcal instead.
i started spotting in 82/83 so the Bcal 1,11's were really common on the LGW MAN route.
a SJ Bcal 742,DC10, A320 would look great.i hope they apear
some day.

Just picked it because I love travelling to Bulgaria -- not only to the beaches, but also driving around around quite a bit ... If you ever get a chance to visit Sofia, do it!

I've got a 1:100 Herky Bird, A300, and a B747-300 (on the way) all in old colors. I've got a Bader 1:200 B747SP and 747-400 in old colors. I've got a MD-90, MD-11 Cargo, B777-200, and B747-400 in new colors in the 1:200-1:250 from Flight Mini's and Wooster. Then there's the B747-300, A310, B737-200, and 2 L1011's in old colors in the same scale range. Next are the 1:400 GJ oc B707 and nc L1011. And finally, the 1:500 C&C MD-11 Cargo, Herpa L1011, and SJ L1011. I'm working up to the Herpa oc B747 and B737, maybe later this year.

Did I mention the non-plane stuff.....

I'm going to eventually attempt to make KKIA for an airport, but I don't have the space right now.

Chose ANA because its the first airline that I fell in love with when I was young. Also my father happens to work for the ANA group. So I pretty much grew up with it.

And I really like their livery. The 2 blue diagonal line from head to tail. Its unique. Personally I'm dissatisfied with airlines who choose their livery as a "white-body, tail-only" scheme. So plain and boring! Don't be so cheap with the paint!

Cheers.
