Problems with HW eXtra-Shop

Hi! In the middle of Dec 2001 I ordered two models over the Herpa extra-Shop but I never got an answer if my order was successful. So I wrote a mail to mherpa and they told me that there was no order from me. So I tried it again and it failed again! The guy from Herpa told me that the problem could be caused by my Browser. Do you also had ever problems like this?
And my order is now set,the guy from Herpa ordered for me and I can look forward to get the B777's from Malaysian and Continental Peter Max!

I ordered 3 times from them and I never had problem. I can suggest you anyway to copy the eXtra Shop screen confirming your order and to send it to Herpa if you have any problem.

You've ordered 2 nice models... the Malaysian is good, also if it's an OG (hey, it's reviewed also), and the Peter Max is really wonderful!

The only problem I have with it is that it's out of stock on stuff I'm looking for by the time my WingsWorld gets to me or people start talking about it on here.

Chrisvalla, you can order a newsletter, this works, they send it to your e-mail when they have new entries in the Xtrashop (even if most of them show you new cars...).

I have used the site and generally found it to be very good. Items are generally cheaper then purchasing elsewhere.

I even ordered on a Monday and had the items here in Ireland on the Thusday. Perhaps the problem you are having could be related to your browser (I used IE 6.0) or how you are accessing the web (eg through a firwall or proxy server). Only once did I ever have a problem when the entire site crashed when I was using it but I sent an email to Herpa and they confirmed there had been a problem with the site and that my order had gone through OK.

I have gotten B777 "Peter Max", B777 Malaysian and the LTU B767 & B757 set. I have also gotten the A319 LH "Lu" but the less said about the mould the better, even if it is NG.

You're right,the guy from Herpa told me that it might be my browser! Today my planes have arrived,two days after I ordered.The Malaysian is great and the Continental Peter Max is now the nicest plane of my hole fleet and I'm happy that I have ordered it!! At first I wanted to order the Lufthansa Lu,gut as I saw the Continental I quickly decided new, one of the reasons is the ugly NG A230family!
