An Airbus A310 release!!! I can't believe it.... That is great news in itself, but to see it in these... err,,, nice(?!?) colours... No, honestly, I like to see S7 join the Herpa fleet. That also fuels my hopes that one day we'd see a TU-154 or IL-86 in their old colours! In the meantime this A310 will join the Inflight 737-800!

Unfortunately this model comes without wingtips. All of S7 A310-200īs have wingtips too,
not only the -300 versions.

Another mess-up, eh...

I am curious if, with the continuing poor quality of Herpa models, the price will eventually go down because of lack of demand.

I received this model today and detected an additional error, besides the missing wingtips.

The "S7 www.s7.ru" titles are completely missing on the starboard side at the fuselage!

Have you seen more than one model with this mistake? I'm just wondering if it might be a printing mistake on a single model, wouldn't be for the first time...

I received my S7 model today and it has these printings on BOTH sides...

Wingtips are missing of course...

So the one problem isn't really one, just an unfortunate individual mishap.

The missing wingtip fence is stranger IMHO, as it seems to be new mold with laterally inserted wings. If I compare the photos with my OG A310 with a very unconspicuous seam-line, it seems to be a step backwards. Sad really, as I have been hoping for more NG A300 and A310.

I guess herpa has done this some years ago... Those "quality control" tags have been a bad joke since they've been introduced.
