The "S7 www.s7.ru" titles are completely missing on the starboard side at the fuselage!

Here some pictures:

So now you can ask Herpa to change the model without pay again for another well done model (if you are lucky!)

His Dealer has to exchange this one. Not Herpa!

I had a defective model some time back and Herpa refused to replace it. And Herpa WAS the dealer as it was a club model. I terminated my club membership. Good riddance!

So in your case, herpa was the dealer. But when did you claimed the quality of your model? Directly after delivery or several weeks later?

One day after I received it. One model had uneven wings, and the other had a smudged up door print. Even the "special" club models are not immune to lapses in quality control and they even refuse to recognize it.

Going back to the model on this thread, it seems there have been no improvements made whatsoever on these issues which have already been in existence from two or three years ago.

Like many on this forum, I believe that competition really makes for better models. I so long for the day someone would step in and produce Airbus models so Herpa would not be too complacent offering us hastily-produced models, with obvious lack of QC.

Boo, Herpa! Boo!

I will get a replacement model with correct imprints from my retailer (so not all models are affected), however all models come without wingtips.

From the first day i joined this forum i say and i repeat that we need a strong competitor of Herpa, because it is the only way we can hope for an improvement in quality! The S7 A310 without winglets is a shame, something is irremediably "broken" in Herpa world. S7 A310-200 VP-BTM, previously was F-GYYY Eagle Aviation, and previously was 5B-DAX Cyprus : each model is with winglets, so it is a great Herpa mistake!

Well other companies like IF500 are not perfect too..I remember the announcement of the IF500 Caravelle United Airlines, the computer artwork showed the correct mould but the delivered model was the incorrect Standard Caravelle mould for this particular type.

Re: NEW RELEASE: 1:500 Herpa S7 Airlines A310-222

May you please tell me why the photo of S7 A310 on the Herpa brochure is with winglets while the model is without?
