will the details on the HWC delta 747 become standard?
do you think that the many details herpa put on the previous delta air lines club model will become standard?
i was comparing three of the past 747 club models: avianca 742 (2005), air siam 741 (2006) and the delta 747 (2006). of the three, the latest - which is the delta 747 has the most details: anti-collision lights, landing lights, passenger window frames, detailed cargo door, detailed passenger doors (red arrows, etc) and pitot probes! it was as if this were released by ANA precision models! it even has two-tone exhausts! here is the article from the reviews section: Wings900 - Herpa Delta Airlines Boeing 747-100 1:500 would anyone have any idea if any other 747 released by herpa after this delta has the same level of details? i mean down to the pitot probes! at least that would be proof that herpa is consistent. some of the details i mentioned above have become standard like the passenger window frames, whereas others are still a bit extraordinary. the cargo details for example was already in the avianca 742 but not on the air siam 741! then back again on the delta. clearly herpa forgot about it on the air siam! that gave me the feeling they are rather inconsistent when it comes to the complete inventory of details. or perhaps this level of details will be reserved for club models and other special items? i usually order my club models together and i haven't bought in a while - would anyone out there have some opinions about the more recent club releases after the delta 747?
